The Township is in receipt of your request pursuant to the Open Public Records Act dated September 4, 2019. Your request was received by my office on September 4, 2019, as such the 7 day time frame to respond is, September 13, 2019. Your request was for the following specific records:
"Under NJSA 47:1A-3(b), please provide all information required about all arrests made by your officers/agents during the month of August 2019"
Records responsive to your request have be located and are attached herein. Please note that pursuant to NJSA 47:1A-1.1 personal identifying information has been redacted from all of the booking sheets. Regarding the booking report for event 19042905, all identifying information has been redacted as this arrest involved a juvenile. These redactions were made pursuant to NJSA 2A:4A-60.
Additionally, 5 records, specifically FTPD Case Numbers: 19042905, 1904493, 19042661, 19042046 and 1944318 are being withheld as they relate to domestic violence incidents and as such are exempt from release under OPRA.
