Dear Buena Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law
right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please
acknowledge receipt of this message.
  Records requested: The agenda of the April 12, 2021 Borough Council
makes reference to an audit,  conducted by Ford-Scott, authorized by the
Mayor and Borough Council, of the Borough of Buena Fire District #1. 
I am requesting a copy of the audit authorization (contract, memorandum of
agreement), outlining the scope of the work to be performed of said audit,
as well as the authorizing councilmatic resolution.  I further request
copies of any electronic mail (e-mails) between   
members of council, mayor, and the vendor that discuss this audit.
