Good evening Mr. Morris,
Please accept this email as a timely response of your OPRA request. 
Your OPRA request is denied. The records (audio recordings) that you are
requesting do not exist. Prior to pandemic, the Franklin Township Board of
Education did not record its meetings via visual or audio means.
Therefore, the FTBOE did not begin this practice during pandemic, nor was
it required by law to do so.
