This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
List of all properties in your county that have successfully completed auction AND have SUCCESSFULLY SOLD to a 3rd party as a result from January 1st, 2013- January 1st, 2020.
Should include name of Defendant, Location/Address of the Foreclosed property, Docket Number, Judgement amount and Sold amount. This list should be in EXCEL format. Multiple files may be sent if all leads cannot fit in one document.

Dear Ben,
Your OPRA request for a list of all Union County properties that
successfully completed foreclosure and were successfully sold to a third
party, from 1/1/13 - 1/1/20 was received by this office on April 30, 2020.
Your request is in progress and the statutory deadline is May 11, 2020.
Pursuant to A-3849/S-2302

Dear Ben,
This email constitutes a formal and complete response to your April 29,
2020, OPRA request for a list of all Union County properties that
successfully completed foreclosure and were successfully sold to a third
party from 1/1/13 - 1/1/20, in Excel format.
This OPRA request is for the same data as request #279-2020, but includes
two additional years, 2013 and 2014. The data from 2015-2020 was already
provided in response to OPRA request #279-2020; the attached files contain
the data for 2013 and 2014.
As noted previously, to accommodate your request for the data in Excel
format, I exported the data from the original PDF file. Unfortunately, the
data does not appear to transfer well between formats; both files are
attached for reference. I apologize for any inconvenience.
