List of all properties in your county that have successfully completed auction AND have SUCCESSFULLY SOLD to a 3rd party as a result from January 1st, 2013- January 1st, 2020.
Should include name of Defendant, Location/Address of the Foreclosed property, Docket Number, Judgement amount and Sold amount. This list should be in EXCEL format. Multiple files may be sent if all leads cannot fit in one document.

The Sussex County Sheriff’s Office received your Open Public Records Act (“OPRA”) request below on Thursday, April 30, 2020 by email during business hours. Your OPRA request was assigned OPRA #365. Attached please find three spreadsheets which the Sheriff’s Office has identified as responsive to your request. Please note that this report does not show sales which were vacated or redeemed after the property was purchased.
