Dear Liz Kroll,
I find it amazing that two and a half months after this request that it is now told that Attorney Rotolo is receiving prescription coverage.
I will ask once again if Mr Rotolo is receiving healthcare benefits from the town ?
Please inform how long Mr Rotolo has been receiving prescriptions through the town as well as dental his coverage.
Year started and years covered.
Please advise who approved these benefits for Mr Rotolo since he is not considered a full time employee.

Regarding information requested:
Mr. Rotolo received health benefits through the Township from 2002 - 2012. It was voted on by the 2002 Township Committee.
Prescription is from 2002 - to present.
Dental is from 2002 - to present.
