As the School Business Administrator I have several functions one of which I was performing when you called. To imply that no one answered your call or inquiry is disingenuous.

2. I'm requesting copies of all settlement agreements from January 1, 2021 through March 03, 2023. Clarification is required, please provide the type of settlement agreements you are seeking. A Record Custodian is not permitted to search its records to determine which records, if any, are responsive to an OPRA Request.
Note: The OPRA response clock will not begin, until the requested clarification has been provided.
