After reviewing your request, I would need you to be more specific which attorney you are requesting. You must be aware that the Township has numerous attorney's for different matters, being more specific would be helpful.

Good Morning Jen,
In response to your OPRA dated November 29^th. We do not have any list
with all the settlements from January 1, 2010 to present. We would need
to send this to our Joint Insurance Fund for them to handle it. They do
not have a report available for this specific request that they can
conduct by a push of a button. The search will be a tedious manual search
of their records estimated to be at least 3 hours. Their charge would be
3 hours x $50 per hour ($150.00). They would need 50% of the fee paid up
front in order for them to begin the search and analysis. They will also
need a 14-day extension from you to conduct this manual search due to
several other pending similar OPRA requests by other requestors. If you
could be more specific for which settlements you are requesting, the
research and analysis would be greatly reduced.

Good Morning Jen,
In response to your amended OPRA received yesterday. Your request is
much more doable and the time estimate would be 1 hour x $50.00 per hour
with 50% up front. When you request “all settlements” that would include
all claims, even property damage settlements (damaged car bumpers, tires
etc.) and there are over a hundred of those claims that would have to be
reviewed individually. If you simply want personal injury and bodily
injury settlement documents we could do that for no cost.
Let me know which you would like so I can get started.
