if available.  In addition, please provide a copy of the attendance
policy applicable for all Board of Education members that applies from
January 1, 2022 to present. 

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by
E-mail as attachments.  Please confirm you have received this request. 
If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to
that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.

Good evening, Mr. Mattoon,
The District doesn't maintain a record of board member attendance (other
than what is reflected in the official minutes, which, as I stated in my
original email, are available to the public on the website).  The Open
Public Records Act doesn't require the Custodian of Records to create a
document where none exists.  District policies are also available to the
public on the District website and can be found using this [1]link.  The
Policy you're looking for is [2]Bylaw 0145 - Board Member Resignations and
Removal.  The Board of Education and District Administration believe in
transparency whenever possible, which is why all Board Meeting Agendas,
Minutes, and Policies are available to the public for viewing.  Board of
Education Agendas are available to the public at 12:01 a.m. on the day
before the meeting.  Feel free to visit the Board of Education website
frequently for up to date information.
