Ms. LaCaruba:
The deadline for this request falls within our OPRA operating schedule. You sent this on a Thursday, 7/12. Our OPRA operating schedule is Monday, Tuesday and Fridays from 2 - 4 p.m. So according to our schedule we opened it up on Friday. According to OPRA rules, day one starts the next OPRA operating day which would be Monday, 7/16. Counting from 7/16 as the first day, that brings the deadline for the request to be 7/30 based on our operating schedule. If we need additional time we will let you know by the deadline of 7/30.
