The response to the OPRA for Attendance Records for the Acting Municipal Clerk has been delayed. By law, Alpha Borough should have responded more promptly. An update as to why it's delayed would be much appreciated.

The deadline for this request falls within our OPRA operating schedule. You sent this on a Thursday, 7/12. Our OPRA operating schedule is Monday, Tuesday and Fridays from 2 - 4 p.m. So according to our schedule we opened it up on Friday. According to OPRA rules, day one starts the next OPRA operating day which would be Monday, 7/16. Counting from 7/16 as the first day, that brings the deadline for the request to be 7/30 based on our operating schedule. If we need additional time we will let you know by the deadline of 7/30.

On July 30, I responded to the below OPRA request asking for clarification
on item number two. To date, I have not received further clarification. I
will be closing this particular OPRA request due to a non-response. This
