Please be advised that I am the custodian of public records for the
Atlantic County Vocational School District, commonly known as ACIT, and
the Atlantic County Special Services School District, collectively, the
Districts.  I am in receipt of your August 22, 2024 request to the
Districts.  Your request seeks: 

1. A digital copy of the most recently approved memorandum of ALL
collective bargaining units with which the Atlantic County Special
Services School District currently holds active agreements with.

2.     Please include the most recent contract booklet (signed or
unsigned), the most recent memorandum of agreement, salary guides, and any
sidebar agreements, if applicable.
