Asbestos abatement for demolished DOH building
Dear New Jersey Department of Health, Division of Epidemiology, Environmental, and Occupational Health,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Please provide all records related to asbestos abatement that occurred in the building (DOH building that was located at 369 South Warren Street in Trenton) for the last 15 years. The other records I received were for the Agriculture building.
Sincerely,
Kathleen Redpath-Perez
Dear Ms. Redpath-Perez:
In response to your previous request, we provided all asbestos records for that address. These included records for the Department of Health building. I encourage review the records that were included in response to your previous request.
Sincerely,
David Sellinger

Dear [DOH],
I checked the records that were turned over and they say they were for the Agriculture building not the Health Building.
Yours sincerely,
Kathleen Redpath-Perez
Dear Ms. Redpath-Perez:
I am resending you the initial production. Please review these files. You will note that some of these specifically refer to the Health Administration Building.

Subject: RE: [EXTERNAL] OPRA request - Department of Health, Office of Vital Statistics and Registry
Dear Ms. Redpath-Perez:
This is in response to the referenced request for government records. Please find asbestos abatement records attached. In some cases, redactions were made to these records. These redactions consisted of the removal of full pages of private financial information, considered exempted under the government records statute.
In an effort to assist you, to the extent additional records responsive to this request may exist, they would reside with the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction. You may have additional success reaching out to that agency.
Sincerely,
David Sellinger
