Please find the applications and contracts for Dennis Adams, Nancy Driber,
Linda Waldron, Kerry Young, David Trethway. Mrs. Swift's only application
is when she applied to be a teacher. Since then, she was promoted from
within. If you want a copy of the teacher's contract that was in place at
that time, please let me know. Please see the response below for item
#2:
For number 2, first it’s over broad and does not request a specific
record. Thus, it should be denied for failing to conform with a request
for government records pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq, requesting a
readily identifiable record which would not require the Custodian perform
research to siphon through records to identify those which are potentially
responsive. Second, information related to the the employee’s sick leave
bank would be exempt pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10 as personnel records.
N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10 prohibits the disclosure of personnel records except
when it (1) is for an individual's name, title, position, salary, payroll
record, length of service, date of separation and the reason therefor, and
the amount and type of any pension received shall be a government record;
(2) personnel or pension records of any individual shall be accessible
when required to be disclosed by another law, when disclosure is essential
to the performance of official duties of a person duly authorized by this
State or the United States, or when authorized by an individual in
interest; and (3) is data contained in information which discloses
conformity with specific experiential, educational or medical
qualifications required for government employment or for receipt of a
public pension, but not including any detailed medical or psychological
information, shall be a government record.
