This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

1) Annual arrest/summons statistic breakdown for Officer/Sergeant/Lieutenant Eric Scheffler for years 1992 through 2015. Please include the number of arrests and type of arrest and a description of the charges filed by this officer. Do not include traffic summonses.

2) Annual performance evaluations for Officer/Sergeant/Lieutenant Eric Scheffler for years 1992 through 2015.

closed to the public due to the COVID-19 pandemic and staffing is at a
