Hello,

The Township of Neptune received a request for records under OPRA. New OPRA regulations were adopted by the state and effective on September 3, 2024. Of the new requirements, the adoption of new OPRA forms was required.

A request may still be submitted without using the form; however, all certifications must be included in the request in order to be considered complete (for reference on the attached form, please refer to, "Under penalty of N.J.S.A 2C:28-3, I certify that…,")

I have attached the new OPRA form that was adopted for Neptune Township. This can be completed and submitted or if you would like to take the certifications and add them to your request to be considered complete. Once the Township receives, we can process the request. Thank you.
