Attached please find the response to your OPRA request.
The incident narrative from page 1 of the incident report has been
redacted as it is a criminal investigatory record that is exempt pursuant
to N.J.S.A. 47:1-A-1.
The address and date of birth of the suspect has been redacted.
The balance of the request is denied as these records are considered
criminal investigatory records which includes information
that is part and parcel of an investigation, resolved or unresolved, and
as such are exempt pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.
