Due to citizen's expectation of privacy under NJSA 47:1A-1.1, only the registration was redacted from the report at this time. Our Arrest Report can be considered our Incident Report however you have specified to obtain the Booking Report in the past requests. Are you seeking the Booking Report as well as the Incident Report for this particular case? Also, as advised mugshots are also not releasable pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-9(a) and Executive Order No. 9 (Hughes).
