I have received your OPRA request. You may not be aware, but the NJ OPRA law has changed as of 09/03/2024.

One of the changes is what is required in the request. Though you still do not have to use the OPRA official request form, you must have all of the required components, including the following:

Under penalty of N.J.S.A 2C:28-3, I certify that:
I, HAVE / HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I, or another person WILL / WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I, AM / AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceedings.
