The email received on September 14, 2024 requesting various records is not a sufficient Open Public Record Act (OPRA) request as required under N.J.S.A. 47-:1A-5. The request for records under the Freedom of Information Act is federal act to which federal agencies are required to respond; however, this office is not a federal agency.

Please submit a request that conforms to the standard under the OPRA law.
