The Township of Waterford received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) requests on September 5, 2024. The seven-business day deadline for my response is September 16, 2024. This response to you is being sent on the 6th day since my receipt of the request.

You requested: Arrest Report, Incident Report, and Mugshot from incident number 202402785, arrest date 2/25/2024.

Attached is the incident report as requested. Redactions have been made to a SBI Number as exempt under OPRA.

All other reports on file are considered criminal investigative records and cannot be released under OPRA.
