Please find attached the requested police report under OPRA. The mugshot
of the defendants cannot be supplied due to the following ruling: "...the
GRC has ruled that OPRA exempts photos of people arrested from disclosure.

on Executive Order 69 (Whitman), which exempts “fingerprint cards, plates
and photographs and similar criminal investigation records….”.
