The records that you requested in the above referenced OPRA request are
attached.

The bases for the redactions on the Arrest Reports are that all personal
identifying information are exempt from disclosure per N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1.
and mug shots are exempt from disclosure per Executive Order No. 9
(Hughes).  All investigation reports and supplemental investigation
reports concerning this matter, are exempt in their entirety from OPRA
under the Criminal Investigatory Records exception pursuant to N.J.S.A.
47:1A-1.1.
