I am writing to request access to and copies of records Freedom of Information I am seeking information related to an arrest that occurred on 03-11-2021 associated with the Incident number #21-13194
Please include all relevant documents, reports, and any other information pertaining to this arrest. If there are any fees for searching or copying these records, please inform me, However, I would like to request a waiver of all fees in that the disclosure of the requested information is in the public interest and will contribute significantly to the public's understanding of the operations or activities of the government

Regarding your request, the referenced incident # 21-13194, which occurred on 11-3-2021 (not 3-11-2021), was not an arrest. It was an ambulance call for a person with mental health issues. This information is protected under HIPAA and NJSA 47:1A-1.1, et seq., Citizen's Expectation of Privacy. Additionally, there were no arrests on 3-11-21.
