Good Morning Ms. Manna,
      The report you requested is attached.  There was a juvenile present
during the incident and all juvenile information has been redacted.
      Police arrest records and photos are exempt from OPRA and request
for those items is denied.   The arrest warrant was filed by the Union
County Sheriffs Department as indicated in the report.  For additional
information regarding the charges that led to the warrant being issued,
you will need to contact the UC Sheriffs Department.
