I am writing to request access to and copies of records under the New Jersey Freedom of Information Act.
Specifically, I am seeking information related to:

The City conducted a good-faith search and identified the two (2) .pdf
files of the Arrest Report and Investigation Report for the incident.
Please note that redactions (blacked out text) were made to protect the
individual’s reasonable expectation of privacy pursuant to N.J.S.A. 
47:1A-1 (providing that “a public agency has a responsibility and an
obligation to safeguard from public access a citizen’s personal
information with which it has been entrusted when disclosure thereof would
violate the citizen’s reasonable expectation of privacy.”
    There were no identifiable responsive records for the “Mugshot”.
 
    Your Request is now deemed fulfilled. Thank you for your attention to
this matter.
