In your request, you sought access to the following:

Response: Attached hereto is arrest report #23-00649 which is
responsive to part of your request. Redacted to remove addresses, phone
numbers, social security numbers, dates of birth, and photographs pursuant
to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 (privacy) and N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1 (confidential
information).
As for the Investigation Report 23-00649 this document is being withheld
in its entirety as the records are not releasable per N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1.1
because the records are criminal investigatory.
If your request for access to a government record has been denied or
