Frank,  I was told by the police department that a request was sent back
to asking for the information below.  can you provide that.

In response back to the requester, I believe an email was sent back asking
for DOB and social security number so we can do a records check.  A
records check cannot be done on just a name without the identifying
information.

In response to the OPRA request on Nicholas Pagano, DOB 1/20/91 the
Hammonton Police Department has no records of arrest for this individual.

Thank you for the response.  I never recieved an email from them.  The
person in questions DOB 1/20/91 and a previous resident of West Deptford
NJ. I do not have access to their social security number.  I am simly
seeking any records of arrest your police department may have for this
individual.
