The investigation reports associated with case no. 24-026185 are criminal investigation records-a record which is not required by law to be made, maintained or kept on file that are held by a law enforcement agency which pertain to any criminal investigation or related civil enforcement proceeding. These records are not disclosable under OPRA pursuant to N.J.S A. 47:1A-1.1
Attached is the CAD Reports and the criminal complaint which are releasable. Certain personal identifying information has been redacted pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq
