Be advised that under Opra, Records Custodian has seven business days to just respond to a request, not including holidays. Your request for records pertaining to the arrest records on the date of 12/25/23 has been completed and the total amount due is $2.00. Your request for records pertaining to mugshots has been denied as they are exempt from Opra (Melton v. Camden 2011-233).
Your records can be picked up at Edison Police Department, Records Division located on the Second Floor from 8:00am - 4:15pm Monday through Friday. Please be advised that we are closed on Monday January 15th in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
