I understand the time extension needed to fulfill my OPRA request of 1/14/21 due to COVID constraints.
If it would be possible to get the body cam footage and arrest record from Ivory Pardo's arrest on 1/9/21 within the legal response time that would be much appreciated.
I understand that the volume of records requested and necessary access to historic information will delay the fulfillment of the remainder of my request.

The PD is attempting to complete your OPRA request which was submitted on 01/14/2021. You asked for BWC footage on January 9th, 2021 from 6am to midnight 01/09/2021. The police have discussed this request with the borough solicitor and he agreed that this request is overly broad and fails to address a specific document or incident. Can you provide clarification and tell me exactly what you are looking for so we can fill the request? Thank you.

I am writing to request an internal review of Merchantville Borough's handling of my OPRA request 'Arrest Records' for the body cam footage and arrest records for the arrest of Ivory Pardo. I understand the Borough's position is that a redaction is necessary. Please disclose the reason for the redaction.

Dear Jennifer,
The Borough is required to redact certain information which may contain personal identifiers of the individuals they contact, ex: dates of birth, social security numbers etc. This pertains to visual displays with that information and also verbal utterances of the same. The police department continues to work with their WatchGuard vendor in an attempt to expedite the process and get the equipment needed to complete your request. As indicated in previous correspondence with you they have made a reasonable attempt to complete the request given the global pandemic and also issues with unprecedented weather in Texas. The Chief of Police has informed me that they are actively seeking outside assistance regarding the redaction. We are hoping this will assist with the completion of your request.
