Dear Ms. Larney,
There seems to have been a problem with the formatting of the documents sent in this batch. What normally would be 15 pages (featuring all 9 columns of information) was formatted incorrectly and sent as 75 pages instead (with the columns being printed out over multiple pages), making it difficult to match up which pages of information go together.
If possible, could you have this batch sent again so that all the columns are printed on the same page (and the total pages would then be 15), matching how all previous batches have been sent.
