The request you have made calls for staff to conduct research into the files and obtain the information you seek and that is something that is outside of the scope of the Open Public Records Act.

I would guess that you are near the Borough of Little Silver. If you would like to come to Borough Hall, I will set you up with a table and chair and pull the files so you can take at the files to see who the builders and architects were on each of the projects.

As far as floor plans, please be advised the Borough does not possess digitized files of said properties and cannot send them along as you requested. If they exist and depending on if they are not a security/safety issue to release the floor plans under the OPRA statute, hard copies will need to be made of the documents. The copying fee for an oversized document is approximately $5.00 per page. Since the Borough does not possess an oversized printer, the documents are re-produced by our Engineering Firm and the cost(s) are a direct pass-through expense to the requestor.

I will need to have your pre-approval of the copying costs for the floor plans. Guessing each set of plans are at least 4 pages each (X 3 sets) at a minimum and 8 (X 3) pages maximum, the cost range would be from $60.00 for 12 copies up to $120.00 for 24 copies.
