Arbitration Decision

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Please provide me with a copy of the arbitration decision concerning sick leave payments to Deputy Police Chief James Sarkos and Deputy Police Chief Jerry Barnhart. This arbitration decision was from their respective promotions to the rank of Captain. Upon being promoted to the rank of Captain they were supposed to be paid for all of their accumulated "sick" time. The case was arbitrated and a decision was issued recently. The decision was arbitrated between the city and PBA local #24.
