Approved Construction Documents, Final Drainage Report, and Final Utility Report (PDF format preferred) for the Town Home Development property located at 713 Evesham Ave, Somerdale, NJ, at the south east intersection of Evesham Avenue and Coopertowne Boulevard.

Good morning Marcus,
In an effort to make sure that we are looking into the correct location and on the same page with you, I just have a few questions. The address that you have given me, 713 Evesham Avenue in Somerdale, is for a residential home. It is not part of the townhome development (which has numerous addresses). Are you looking into the entire project, or a specific unit? If it's a specific unit, we will need that address. Also, can you please give me more detail in regards to "approved construction documents" as there are proprietary laws that bind us as to what we are allowed to release.

In regards to Approved Construction Documents, I am referring to the Civil Engineering Plan Set (including site plan, grading plan, utility plan, etc.) that was submitted for development approval by the Borough, including reports such as the master drainage and master utility report if you have them.

We cannot release these items as the items requested are owned by another with a proprietary interest. I can attempt to ask the owner for permission. In order to do that, I will have to go off site to get the records.
