This is the application before the construction department. No permits have been issued. The plans have been reviewed and fees have been established.

There has been no land clearing or infrastructure work done at this time.

The first application is for the clubhouse and manager and maintenance apartments.

The residential component of the project consists of 15 buildings which will contain 16 apartment units in each building.

The second application is identified as "A" units there will be 11 buildings utilizing this layout.

The third application is identified as "B" units, three will be 4 buildings utilizing this layout.
