Hovnanian at Rancocas Creek, LLC (the “Applicant”) has applied to the Pemberton Township Planning Board seeking Preliminary and Final Site Plan approval, Preliminary Subdivision approval, and Final Subdivision approval for Phase I only of an overall project that is designed to be completed in up to 8 phases. Applicant seeks to develop an age-restricted inclusionary residential development that consists of 346 age-restricted homes (including 40 for-sale age-restricted low and moderate income homes), recreational facilities (including an approximately 6966 square foot clubhouse, swimming pool, activity courts, community dog park, community garden and three pedestrian connections to the adjacent Rails-to-Trails walking path located on Lot 4 of Block 786.01, The property is located at 101 N. Pemberton Road, Pemberton Township, New Jersey, and identified as Block 786.01, Lots 13 and 22, and Block 787, Lot 1 (commonly known as the Greenberg Farm)
