This office received a request for information from you on November 5,
2024 to which we assigned the above referenced number used to log requests
for information under the Open Public Records Act (OPRA). 

In response to: …”if there are any outstanding building or construction
permits on the property located at 10 Pontiac Court, West Milford, NJ.”… 

Response from the Building Department: There are no responsive records. As
of 11/5/24 there are no open building permits on 10 Pontiac Ct.
