Dear Mendham Township,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am actually the current owner of the property and looking for the drawings for my own use. I would not be damaged nor would the release of this information be detrimental to me if released by your office to me. I am simply looking for help to find these documents if available.

Hi Victor-

In discussing this OPRA request with the Township Attorney, you will need to supply proof of ownership. Mendham Township is requesting a copy of the deed and a copy of your driver license.

Once these documents are received, I will send to the construction office to locate the drawings. Please provide a discreet email in which the drawings can be sent. If drawings are not able to be emailed, please provide a valid phone number to call you to set up a time to come to the office.
