The Township could not locate an Ordinance responsive to this request.
However the Township has continued to maintain and implement an
anti-nepotism policy.
In addition – though not required under OPRA – Mr. Goomer requested our
office to inform you that the Township is in the process of amending that
answer on the Best Practices Checklist with the State to correct the
inadvertent mistake regarding the existence of an ordinance that the
Township’s long time policy was based on.
