This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access.
Records requested:
1) May I please have the enrollment benefits guide/summary that would include all of the plan summaries offered and the benefit rates for all plans for staff, ADMIN and Non-Represented for 2022/2023 and 2023/2024. This will be for Health, Dental and RX.
2) Broker Presentations for Health, RX and Dental given to the district from Brown & Brown beginning with 2022.
3) A one-page summary that shows how many are on each health plan, rx and dental with the annual costs for health, dental and vision used for budgeting.

No, I am sorry I will not be granting an extension. The information is due May 13, 2024, the day before you BOE meeting which I hope to attend.
This information should take your broker Brown & Brown minutes to retrieve not an entire month. I am sure you know who your contract is at B&B even though no one signed their contract.

Can you explain why you are paying Brown & Brown to be the Health Broker, but you do not have any presentations or recommendations from them for the past 3 since 2022?
