Annual Solid Waste Facility Reports
Dear New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
Records requested:
Annual Solid Waste Facility Reports (including all appendices and attachments) submitted by or on behalf of Interstate Waste Services’ solid waste transfer station located at 65 Central Avenue, Kearny, NJ (Hudson County) for the past five (5) years (calendar years 2020–2024).
If these reports are maintained electronically, I request that they be provided in electronic form (PDF or similar).
If any portion of the requested records is exempt from disclosure, please provide the redacted records and identify the statutory basis for each redaction or withholding.
Please advise me of any copying fees in advance if they are expected to exceed $25.
