Thanks for your legal opinions and your legal advice.
However, I am requesting a very plain information available in accounting lines of your 2028, 2019 and 2020 budgets. Did you have an accounting line specifically designated for Paratransit, purchase or maintenance of Paratransit fleet, improvement or increasing routes for the disabled in your county? Otherwise, your investment has been ZERO for transportation for the disabled.
I think the documents requested (accounting lines) are plain and clear, and don't require a legal degree or appearance before court.
Please comply with OPRA within the deadlines set by the law.
