All reports on Frank Valenzuela, which caused the County Election Board Director & Sheriff to investigate...November 2021
Dear Rochelle Park Township,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: At the November Elections, the County Election official, and a Sheriff, were called into our election facility, to address complaints being made regarding Frank Valenzuela. As a concerned citizen, and someone deeply disturbed at the contested, and outragious outcome of our local election, we would like a detailed report of Valenzuela's incident and any disciplinary action taken then or later on. If we need to OPRA the county for their records, please advise.

Please be aware that as it pertains to Rochelle Park Police Department they indicated " NO RESPONSIVE RECORD FROM THE POLICE DEPARTMENT." When I hear back from the administrator if he has anything in any files I will let you know.
But yes, if you want County records to see if there was a report written up or complaint filed with the County Sheriff, County Board of Elections, County Superintendent of Elections or the County Clerk's Office you would have to file a desperate request with them. Best, Maggie

As a concerned citizen, and someone deeply disturbed at the contested, and outrageous outcome of our local election, we would like a detailed report of Valenzuela's incident and any disciplinary action taken then or later by the Township or County Board of Elections. We have also requested a follow up by the county for their records, please advise.

This is to confirm there are no other reports in the Township Administrator's office. Please contact the County.
