All Records, Training Materials, Training Agendas, Training Lesson Plans, and Legal Authority Re: Clubbing, Batting, or Otherwise Beating a Trapped Raccoon
Dear New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
All statutes and regulations, or citations to statutory authority or regulatory authority, that allows for the "dispatch," killing, or beating of a trapped raccoon or other trapped animal (via an enclosed trap, snare trap, or any other restraining device or trap).
Also, please provide copies of all training materials, classroom agendas, and classroom lesson plans used in the training sessions for licensed trappers. In particular, include all references to the means by which trapped raccoons or other animals (as described above) are dispatched or killed. Specifically include all references to clubbing or beating to dispatch or kill the above animals.

Good Morning,
I apologize for how long it has taken to get a response sent. Our system can' t automatically send e-mail to requesters who submit request via opra-machine due to the fact the e-mail addresses are too long.
