- All pleadings and filings, including both those served upon the Borough and responsive (e.g., the complaint, answer, and reply; counterclaims; motions).
- All subpoenas, including both those served upon the Borough and sent on behalf of the Borough.
- All interrogatories and answers, including, but not limited to, those submitted to or from third parties.
- Transcripts of depositions or, if there are no transcripts, digital recordings.
- Settlement agreements, both those ultimately signed and those offered but not accepted by either party.
