Dear Mr. Bayer,
Your request did not specify which specific documents/departments you were requesting from. Therefore, I only sent it to the Building Department which is typically where people are requesting applications and permits from.
I will now send your request to our Engineering and Board of Adjustment/Planning Board for subdivision and variance documents.
I would recommend next time being more specific with which documents and from which departments you are requesting, to ensure you receive the documents you are looking for. We have "applications, plans and permits" from numerous departments that are not connected. For example, even my office issues garage sale permits and dog licenses for specific addresses. Requesting "all records" is considered too broad under the OPRA statute.
