We can only email records that are 100 pages or less for this one. Therefore, it would have to be hard copies.
Dear DEP records,
There are hundreds of pages of emails and communications that were sent in at least one previous request. You even sent the investigation, which itself was above 100 pages. I want to limit my request to only include the preliminary application and the actual application to be placed on the register, along with the supporting documents.
That should limit it enough even though you have sent me more than this before.

Dear DEP records,
The DEP took exactly $2.07 out of my account on October 11th. I am in receipt of the CD, which I must ask you why you needed to send 88 pages on a CD when you have sent well over 200 pages before in almost the exact type of request? On the CD, BTW, are no redactions and people's home addresses and phone numbers.
