Dear Ocean County Prosecutor's Office,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Pursuant to the Open Public Records Act (OPRA), if New Jersey / relevant state law], I respectfully request access to and copies of all available records pertaining to the motor vehicle accident that occurred on **September 11, 2025, at approximately 20:45 hours, at Fischer Boulevard and Hooper Avenue**.
Specifically, I am requesting:

2. **All Radio Traffic / Dispatch Logs** related to this incident
3. **List of Responding Units and Personnel**
4. **Photographs / Digital Media** taken at the scene
5. **Any supplemental reports, witness statements, or investigative notes** connected to this incident
If any portion of this request is denied, please provide the specific legal basis for the denial. If redactions are necessary, please release all segregable portions of the records.

Replying to the intial response. I contacted toms river police department through a opra request and they told me your department are in charge of the investigation and have all the files i am requesting. Please confirm this as i will need to refollow up with the toms river police department
