Good afternoon Mr. Duff,

The City is asking for a 7 day extension on the attached request. The City
is working diligently in gathering your information however your request
is rather exhaustive as not all grants are from CDBG funding. If you would
like to narrow your request, the City would be more than willing to
provide you the information. Thank you.

Good morning,

Thank you for your patience. In regards to your May 7^th  submitted OPRA
request, our Fire Department has advised the following:

“The only grant the Camden Fire Department filed for was a grant for a
side-by-side home sprinkler demonstration for $1000 during the time period
requested.  All of the information is on the City Council Agenda for the
April 11, 2017 meeting from pages 253 to 309” (Attached).

In regards to your May 7^th  submitted OPRA request, our Finance
Department has advised the following:

“The Fire Department applied for one outside revenue grant from 2017 to
current.  The application is one page. Included is the resolution awarding
the grant.

The Fire Department sent in submissions for the 2017 and 2018 Consolidated
Plan.  Attached are their request for funding.  These documents serve as
the “application.”  The “internal notice of funding availability” serves
as the “RFP” for both program years.  No resolutions are required.”

Any questions regarding the attached documentation or above responses must
be addressed to the respective departments directly. This concludes the
City’s response to your May 7^th , 2018 OPRA request.

Sincerely,
